Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of PaisaMap (paisamaps.com), operated by Cooter Labs ("we", "us", "Cooter Labs"). By using PaisaMap you agree to them. If you're using PaisaMap on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have the authority to accept these terms for that business.

What PaisaMap is

PaisaMap is a location-intelligence tool: pincode-level purchasing-power, demographic, and economic signals for market research and site selection, plus a Workspace for signed-in users to save locations, build projects, generate reports, and upload their own store performance data for analysis against those signals.

PaisaMap is currently free to use while the product is in this stage of development. We're not committing to keep every feature free forever, and we'll give notice before introducing any paid plan.

Accounts

Workspace features require signing in with Google. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure — anyone who can sign into it can access your PaisaMap Workspace.
You must be at least 18, and PaisaMap is intended for business/professional use, not personal consumer use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Scrape, systematically extract, or resell PaisaMap's data or signals outside of normal product use.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload PaisaMap or the third-party services it relies on (including the OpenStreetMap geocoding service used for search and address resolution).
Upload data you don't have the right to share — see the Privacy Policy's note on uploading your own store data, not personal records about identifiable individuals you don't have consent to process.
Use PaisaMap for any unlawful purpose.

Your data

You own the data you upload or create in Workspace (projects, saved locations, store data). You grant us a license to process it solely to provide you the feature you used it for — generating your reports, joining it against our signals — as described in the Privacy Policy. We don't use it to train a shared model across other customers, and we don't share it with other customers.

Our content and signals

PaisaMap's scores, benchmarks, and reports (including opportunity, suitability, and risk classifications) are built from public government datasets and our own modeled estimates. They're provided for informational purposes only and are not financial, legal, investment, or real-estate advice. They don't guarantee any business outcome. You're responsible for independently verifying anything before making a decision based on it — including any risk or opportunity classification, which reflects a statistical signal-volatility measure, not a crime, safety, or business-failure assessment.

Service availability

PaisaMap is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and features may change, be added, or be removed as the product develops. We'll try to give notice before removing a feature you rely on.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cooter Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of PaisaMap, including business or investment decisions made using its data or reports.

Termination

You can stop using PaisaMap and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these terms. On termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes to these terms

We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever these terms change, and notify you of a material change before it takes effect.
